Brooks who?
Last week was my first at The Columbian, and I did my best to dive right in. I’m replacing Justin Runquist covering the big news in small Clark County cities. I was previously at The Daily News in Longview and graduated from the University of Montana in 2013. I love the Northwest.
But I originally hail from Fargo, N.D. Yes, I’ve seen the movie.
I’m an old-fashioned journo in that I believe it’s my job to present the facts in a compelling manner and let readers decide how they feel about it. (Sounds like a certain cable news outlet’s motto, but eh.)
That doesn’t mean we’re not going to have some fun on the way.
