We’re just six weeks from ballots hitting mailboxes, which means local endorsements will steadily roll in for the next few weeks. Last week the Clark County Association of Realtors announced its endorsements for the Vancouver City Council. Given the results of August’s primary race, their picks come as no surprise.

Here’s who the CCAR is backing:

On September 8, 2017, the Clark County Association of Realtors Board of Directors announces the Association’s endorsements for Anne McEnerny-Ogle, Mayor; Scott Campbell, Position 1; Alishia Topper, Position 2; and Linda Glover, Position 3. McEnerny-Ogle currently sits on the Vancouver City Council and seeks election for the position of mayor that will be vacated by Tim Leavitt this year. Topper is seeking re-election for her Position 2 seat on the Council. Campbell is the Governmental and Community Affairs Director at Waste Connections and community advocate. Glover is Executive Director of Gifts for Our Community and community advocate.

“We believe these four candidates share our focus on how to keep Vancouver moving towards being a city full of vibrant neighborhoods, beautiful parks, strong schools, and successful businesses. Their individual experiences and involvement in various areas of our community will make them strong contributors to the council,” said Rian Davis, Public Affairs Director at the Clark County Association of Realtors
