Vancouver’s Garrett Grayson will learn from some of the best in the business.

The Colorado State junior has been invited to the Manning Passing Academy, an invitation extended to the top collegiate quarterbacks in the nation.

“Just got a phone call from Archie Manning n have been officially invited 2 the Manning Passing Academy. Very excited,” Grayson tweeted Wednesday afternoon.

Grayson, a Heritage High graduate, set Colorado State’s single season passing record of 3,696 yards last fall. He led the Rams to a New Mexico Bowl win over Washington State.

Forty college quarterbacks participated in last year’s camp, including 2012 Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel of Texas A&M, Alabama’s A.J. McCarron, and Oregon’s Marcus Mariota.

This year’s camp will be held July 10-13 on the campus of Nicholls State in Thibodaux, La. It’s conducted by Archie Manning and his two NFL sons, Peyton and Eli.
