NFL Pro Bowl will look like Civil War
Nike and the NFL just unveiled the uniforms to be worn at this season’s Pro Bowl.
I don’t know if this is intentional (of course it is) but the uniforms bear a striking resemblance to two college football teams in Oregon.
The Oregon State look comes eight months after OSU and Nike announced a rebranding effort.
The Oregon look is nearly identical to the uniforms worn by the Ducks in their 2011 season opener vs. LSU. Nike describes the neon trim as “Volt” which sounds suspiciously like the Lightning Yellow used by the Ducks.
