We’re hosting a Christmas party tonight.  To accommodate last minute additions to the guest list, I made a quick batch of Sugar Cookie Bark.  This easy recipe uses 6 ingredients and comes together in less than an hour.  It looks fancy and festive, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Directions:

Heat oven to 350.  Line 9×13 pan with foil.

Use mixer with paddle attachment.  Combine softened butter, egg, vanilla and peppermint extract until dough forms.

Press evenly into pan.  Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly golden brown.  Cool completely in the pan.

Melt white chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl in 30 second bursts.  When smooth, pour over cooled cookie crust.  Add decorations.

Cut into pieces when white chocolate hardens.  Enjoy the party!
