Well the odds on lineup for Sunday probably has Futty and Horst as centerbacks with Jewsbury and Smith as the fullbacks in a flat back four.
I am offering that we may see Nagbe on the left and KAH on the right with Chara and perhaps Palmer (Alexander or Songo’o) in the other midfield slot.
Fucito most likely to start with Mwanga nursing a ‘dead leg’…

Nagbe, Jewsbury, Chara, KAH in the midfield (again playing a ‘pinched in’ midfield instead of concentrating heavily on overlapping they work on small ball through the middle. This also brings experience into the midfield – a critical need in a derby (pronounced Darbee) match.
