Radio Service for The Blind and Disabled
CGR Radio for The Blind and Disabled, located in Vancouver, Washington, has been on the air with 8 streams since 2012.
Community Growth Radio is owned solely by me Gerald Gaule and the goal of CGR Radio, and its many streams is to provide News, Information, and Relevant Information plus educational and entertainment programming specifically for those who are blind, Visually Impaired, Those who cannot read or hold print and or is disabled.
CGR Radio is the ONLY full-time online Radio Service in The NW, and it offers programming from over 300 sources such as in-home volunteers who read books, magazines, and various articles, plus programming from non-political and UN-biased radio networks such as PACIFICA, NV1(for NATIVE AMERICANS),ACB Radio for the blind, Program Share from The International Association of Audio Information Services, Various Publications that are independent and Public Domain.
There is NO staff, NO big studio or organization, it is located in a small office run by me only in my residence and CGR has been always self-supportive, it has NO sponsors, and It is NOT a NON-PROFIT or never claimed it was.
CGR Radio has no sponsors but in case there are, CGR Radio, Community Growth Radio, Northwest Audio Information Service, Clark County Audio Information Service, and ALL other Trade Names and such is registered with The Department of Licensing in Washington State/Clark County Washington(DBA)as sole owner..”Gerald Richard Gaule” is licensed in Clark County, Washington and is allowed to operate as a non-resident in The City of Vancouver, Washington and 12 other Cities in 5 counties in SW Washington.
I do own the names and rights of those registered names as well, as registered with THE IRS as those names and just in case there is a possible sponsor. I do pay the station bills with my SSI, and it takes 300.00 per month to operate CGR(literally).
CGR is non-commercial and has no income nor never had a sponsor or outside income. CGR has 8 streams that DO work(but VOSCAST and CHROME no longer are compatible) but you can hear CGR on many apps such as TUNEIN and others(search for CGR and or Community Growth Radio)online.
CGR Radio offers to program for the intended audience who is blind in over 40 Languages, and 96 percent of the programming combined is NOT duplicated on any other AM FM LPFM, or internet station in The NW and it is NOT owned by KXRW OR KXRY locally or never has, and I am no longer associated with J.F. Barber, Chris Forhan, Jenel Cohen, David Stepanyuk, Len Meyers, Danny Velatso or anyone such as Claude Rorabaugh for KIEV Radio in Camas Wa.
I left KIEV 102.7 as a volunteer in 2018(as a legal and clear statement) the above does not represent me and CGR Radio and has NEVER owned the names.
CGR operates the ONLY radio service for The Blind Spanish Community west of Colorado and programming on this feed is NOT heard locally or on any Spanish Radio Station in The NW and no Spanish music is heard in order not to conflict with BUSTOS MEDIA.
LEGAL STATEMENT/CLARITY AND TRANSPARENCY…I had to let go of two volunteers who allegedly had no authorization or claim they owned CGR Radio and allegedly acted by soliciting funds improperly and illegally as if CGR was a PROFIT, ONCE I found out this happened due to potential clients to support the station and of their false statements or acts to self gain for them and their interest without my knowledge or permission, I immediately reported the parties to The Washington State of Revenue, The IRS, The Department of Justice for such things for this to stop any actions and to stop them from doing this and this being an at-will state and them not signing a contract I had to let them go and this also involved “stolen equipment” from The OCFB Radio in Portland and allegedly telling The OCFB that CGR was a NON PROFIT to gain funds and equipment(LEGAL statement)clarity again and to be honest and just legal facts. This act had to stop in order not to further damage the reputation of ME and the station and to this day there are still repercussions of this act from the two volunteers plus stealing intellectual ideas and trademarks on the names. This also included a non-harassment restraining order for my safety.
