Curious how good of a sleeper you are? Well, thanks to the Sleep Matters Club, you can take a 10-question quiz to find the answer.

The Sleep Health Calculator asks questions about your sleep habits – how many hours of sleep you get, how much tech-free time you have before bed, how many times you hit the snooze button in the morning – and then computes a score.

I took the test and scored a 71.46 percent – not bad for having a 5-month-old baby at home. But the calculator says I have room for improvement (not cradling my phone to sleep would probably help).

To be a “super sleeper” you have to score an 88 percent or better. And if you’re like me and have room for improvement, the Sleep Matters Club offers some articles with tips and advice for improving your sleep health.

So take the quiz and let me how well you fare.
