The Ridgefield Library is planning to publish its first literary annual. They’re looking for names for the book as well as submissions.
Title entries will be judged based on how well they reflect Ridgefield’s history, culture, and natural surroundings. Entries may be dropped off at the library (210 N Main Ave) or emailed to smcgill@fvrl.org. The lucky person with the winning entry will win $50 as a prize. Entries for the title will be accepted until November 30.
Along with this the library is accepting submissions of art and short written pieces until the end of December. Call the library for more details (360) 887-8281.
