Pickled Heron Art Supply Store Opens in Ridgefield
The Pickled Heron Art Supply Store in downtown Ridgefield has reopened with a good supply of paints, papers, frames and all the art supplies you can imagine.
Instructor Peggy Kopkie gives monthly lessons from 10 am to 5 pm. Subjects for the next few months are: January 25: Drawing; February 8, Beginning Watercolor; March 8, Pen and Watercolor. Class size is limited to ten people and the cost is $85 per class.
This photo shows one of the spaces available as an Open Studio on Tuesdays from 10am to 1 pm or Fridays from noon to 3pm. Bring your own beverages and snacks and enjoy a private creative time with other like-minded people. Cost to rent the space is $40.
