Farm Tour at Inspiration Plantation

Inspiration Plantation, an organic farm in Ridgefield, will host a farm tour and tasting this Saturday, March 24 from 1 to 3pm. The tour begins promptly at 1:30. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and boots.

The foods to be tasted are pasture-raised roasted chicken and Pekin duck, smoked turkey, pastured pork sausage, grass-fed leg of lamb, and chicken liver pate.
