Health 100: Food and Your Health–Spring 2014
Today, as a guest lecturer at Clark College, I successfully helped about 60 Health 100 students step outside of the prepared food box. Our focus was on how to prepare and use whole grains. We also made smoothies using whole foods.
The students all agreed that the food was delicious, simple to make, and they could and would make the recipes at home. Music to my ears.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love what I do!
