Aldridge out for tonight’s game against Heat

Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge will miss tonight’s game against the Miami Heat at the Rose Garden. The Blazers announced Aldridge’s absence about 90 minutes before tipoff.

Aldridge (right knee bone contusion) is day to day and will be re-evaluated prior to Saturday’s home game against the Houston Rockets.

Rookie Dante Cunningham will replace Aldridge in the Blazers’ lineup, Portland coach Nate McMillan said.
