Nicolas Batum may be guarding Spurs point guard Tony Parker at times tonight, but that didn’t stop the Frenchmen from spending three and a half hours together at dinner last night.

Batum said San Antonio coach Gregg Popovich made reservations for the two at a French restaurant, although
Batum couldn’t remember the name.

Batum said that Parker told him that Popovich knows every good restaurant in the country.

Who paid, you ask?

Parker.

“He told me when he got that second contract he will pay every time,” Batum said.
