Nothing new with Blazers, Jazz's Matthews, source says

The Portland Trail Blazers have not moved discussions forward with Utah Jazz guard Wesley Matthews in recent days, a league source said.

Matthews, a restricted free agent, was reportedly one of the first players the Blazers contacted when the free agent market opened July 1.
