Blazers’ Claver named Eurocup Rising Star Trophy winner

Victor Claver has been chosen by Euroleague Basketball as the Eurocup Rising Star Trophy winner for 2009-10.

The forward was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers with the 22nd overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft.
