Celtics: Pierce might not play; Robinson is out

Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers said forward Paul Pierce (thumb) might not play tonight against the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Garden.

In addition, Rivers said newly acquired guard Nate Robinson (flu) is out. Robinson should play next Tuesday against New York.
