Report: Blazers, Bulls in trade talks

Yahoo! Sports reports that the Portland Trail Blazers have offered Steve Blake or Travis Outlaw and two future second-round draft picks in exchange for Chicago Bulls forward Tyrus Thomas, who Portland originally selected with the fourth overall pick of the 2006 NBA Draft.

The deal has not been completed because the Bulls want more value in return, according to the report. Chicago is also supposed to be shopping guard Kirk Hinrich.
