Spelling Vancouver City Council candidate Anne McEnerny-Ogle’s name correctly isn’t really that hard.

I promise.

Here’s from David Madore’s Facebook page, where he calls the candidate “Anne McEnerry Olga.”

(As for his comment about the candidates who declined to be interviewed by Madore’s Couv.com, it should be noted Madore has repeatedly said he will not speak to The Columbian. He likened it to giving matches to an arsonist. So thanks again to KOIN for conducting this interview. )

But the typo on Madore’s Facebook page wasn’t the best one.

No, that would be the ad paid for by Vancouver Vitality.

I probably should have just let these typos go, but according to Vancouver Vitality if I don’t speak up I would be endorsing poor copy editing with my silence.
