GAME NOTES: Ballard finished second in the Sound Division of the Metro League. The Beavers are led by sophomore quarterback Ryan Blokker, who passed for 153 yards and one touchdown last week. George Blue had six catches for 96 yards. Ballard and Mountain View have one common opponent – Juanita. Ballard lost to Juanita in Week 1 21-17. Mountain View beat Juanita 54-7 the next week. Mountain View is the 3A Greater St. Helens League champion. The Thunder have won eight straight to a 17-14 loss to Union, the top-ranked 4A team in the state. Since that loss, Mountain View had outscored foes by an average of 54-6. Garrett Moen leads the Thunder, passing for 1,996 yards and 19 touchdowns. Jack Mertens has rushed for 1,162 yards and 16 touchdowns. Makai Anderson has 32 catches for 644 yards and 5 TDs, and Philip Earnhardt has 26 catches for 589 yards and 7 TDs.
