GAME NOTES: Mountain View has been rolling since a Week 1 loss to Union. The Thunder have outscored their last three opponents by an average score of 52-7. Quarterback Garrett Moen has passed for 1,008 yards and six touchdowns. Moen passed for 283 yards last week and rushed for 77 yards. Jack Mertens had his best rushing game of the season, gaining 133 yards on 12 carries and two TDs. The Thunder defense held Heritage to 130 yards of offense, including 16 net rushing yards. After falling behind 7-0 in the first quarter, the Eagles shut down Franklin last week. Akilotoa Kaumatule rushed for 75 yards and two touchdowns. Treyce Teague rushed for 75 yards and one touchdown. Teague also had a 31-yard TD reception. Parker Marsh passed for 97 yards.
