Players to watch: Battle Ground QB Gunner Talkington has passed for 1,486 yards and 14 TD with a 76-percent completion rate. Camas QB Liam Fitzgerald has passed for 1,460 yards and 17 TDs with a 69-percent completion rate.
Game notes: This is a match of the two most productive quarterbacks in Clark County, not only this season, but last season too. Camas RB Jordan Del Moral has rushed for 571 yards and 9 TDs. Battle Ground mixes its rush carries between a trio of RBs. Battle Ground WR Max Randle has 21 catches for 418 yards and 6 TDs. Camas WR Jared Bentley has 39 catches for 691 yards and 7 TDs. Battle Ground has not beat Camas since 1992, although two schools didn’t face each other from 1993-2005. Camas has won the last seven meetings, averaging 70 points a game in the last three meetings since two teams became league rivals in 4A GSHL in 2012.
