BLT elects Laspa
Tevis Laspa was elected president of the BLT this week. Never heard of this organization? It’s going to play a big part in your future.
BLT is an acronym for Building Library Team, the name chosen by a group of volunteers who are leading the campaign to raise money for our new Ridgefield library. It’s short, it’s catchy, and it’s easy to remember.
Here are the members of the team, left to right: Cheree Shuman, Kathy Winters, Tevis Laspa, Ilia Wilken, Jane Higgins (who spoke to the group about how Battle Ground raised money for their library), Rick Smithrud (from the main library), Sean McGill, Lorna Earl, Cathy Humphrey.
