Simmons: Blazers will make playoffs
Bill Simmons, ESPN’s jack of all trades, editor-in-chief of Grantland.com and the author of “The Book of Basketball” has been doing an NBA preview with fellow ESPN employee and former NBA player Jalen Rose.
Today “Bill and Jalen’s NBA Preview” reached #16 where they profiled the Portland Trail Blazers.
While Simmons made the list and has the Blazers in the playoffs, Rose disagrees. They’ve been releasing the videos daily in the run-up to the season and it appears they were recorded a few weeks ago as topics such as the CJ McCollum injury were clearly not on their radar.
