You know those few thoughtless drivers who either try to wedge a Ford F-350 into a space marked “compact” or park on the line instead of comfortably inside it? They apparently all work for Clark County government, because this notice was included in today’s employee newsletter:

Parking reminder: leave room for next car
As you pull into your space in the parking garage each day, please
remember to park in the center of your space, which will leave
room for colleagues to park beside you.
The spaces were designed so drivers would have room to easily
open their car or truck doors ― if each vehicle is centered in its
spot. One errant parking job can disrupt the entire row.
